How does life coaching work? Coaching is very individualized. We can meet once a week or bi-weekly. Telephone coaching is popular because it is private and convenient; it allows you to have coaching from wherever you are. Coaching is about helping healthy individuals identify their values, find what they are truly passionate about and setting a plan towards finding that passion.
You set the agenda; typically you have an issue that you are dealing with and are in search of resolution. Maybe you want a career change, a healthier relationship or more financial stability. My role is to listen intuitively while offering you the honest truth about your strengths and abilities to reach your goals. We agree to meet either in person or by phone. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and goals. Each session, you will leave with an action plan. And each subsequent session, you will disclose how that plan worked out.
